Beauty Business partner/discussion partner for startup - Help to build my business around my passions and creative ideas/mind mapping -

___________READ FIRST PLEASE__________ Here is the thing. I work as a make-up & hairstylist and I train professional hairdressers. At the moment I also follow a course in digital marketing how to promote myself and my services online. The last year I have been travelling a lot through Morocco and I really love that country. It inspires me, challenges me and there is so much to see and do. It is sunny and full of colours and nature. Beautiful people, nice food and beautiful interiors. Things that are so important to me. As I become 40 i thought it is time to change some things and I want to work smarter and more online so I can travel more. I also want to organize beauty retreats for body & soul, visit beautiful riads to collaborate with, sell interior online, keep on teaching online and offline but also give back to life. A few months ago I also developed some bags with a poor tailor that gave him the opportunity to pay his rent. Unfortunately I haven't got the time to sell them and the quality is not super for selling at a moderate to high price. Developing a product takes time to make it stand out of the crowd, and I think that is also what I want to be. So I was thinking how can I built my company in such a way I am meaningful and can add value. Last weekend I thought I might have find the missing piece of my puzzle. A bottle of Argan. (With accessories) I can use it during my trainings, in videos whilst I am doing hair updo’s and it might open doors in the moroccan market so I can be visible in riads etc.. As you can see my head is full of concepts and ideas, but working it out is a struggle cos I really have much on my plate and I am already in an overload without strategy. I am super creative, a fontain of ideas, ambitious and I would love to keep on doing it but structured and offcourse now it is the time to earn money and have stable income. I am struggling for years and I stay in a start-up phase altough I move forward but slow. I struggle how to define myself. Am I a hairstylist, make-up artist, beauty advisor or beauty therapist? Shall I define myself as a creative chameleon? Create, learn, inspire is my baseline. I want to combine beauty, hairstyle, fashion, sell products and organize retreats in one business but off course I cannot do it all in once and not really know how to brand myself. Shall I focuss only on professionals and built everything around education? Or shall I built my business one let's say one product for example a bottle of argan with its accessories etc.. that than offcourse need someone as a distributor. I am now living in Belgium but really want to get out before new year. I have told this to myself the last 3 years. Not another winter here please. I need a a business partner or discussion partner who can help to reorganize some things and get me on the right track so I can focuss and go from a to z with decent results and make me strong so i can develop a stable one woman show. If I can clear up my mind than I am ready for the next step and will discuss my project to a bunch of students who will help me to make a business plan. Without a clear vision I cannot remake my current website because I need a defined line now where I am going at. If you can help me with that fine.
