Data Extraction Script for Multiple Unique Website Structures

I am looking for one of 2 solutions to achieve data extraction from retail commercial sites. I would like to receive offers only one of the offers of which you believe is the best approach. This is a adaptive one script for all uniquely structured pages that scrapes without the addition of creating separate scripts for page or site. The goal is to scrape many websites without the tedious manual work it would take to create a script for each site which could take days or weeks. Maybe there is a program that can create manual set ups for me. I'm not sure. SECOND SOLUTION: A software program that utilizes a web crawler sorting from a given url or urls that returns specific data webpage product content such as price,model and url, based on regex rules (regular expressions) that exports the results neatly and structurally in an excel document.
