Pleating Machine Design

Hi, I need someone to design a simple automated pleating machine. I have the material in mind, and can provide a sample. I am willing to pay 5,000 Rs for this design. Upon successful build and deployment (we have a creator), I will pay 5,000 Rs more. The job is relatively easy, and I can provide all general specifics. The thickness of the material is 0.4mm. The distance between pleats is 1 inch. The machine will consist of an assemblyline on which a roll of my material will be attached to. The assemblyline will score the material every 0.5 inches with a scoring bar of. This means the middle portion of the scoring bar will be at 0.5 inches. A certain amount of pressure will need to be applied (I am uncertain, but probably no more than 50pa). The assembly line will then connect the scored paper across a chasm to a secondary part. The secondary part will look something like: [login to view URL] Every 405 pleats or every 810 inches of material, a cutter should automatically cut the pieces. The design needs to include motor strength, size, rpm, exact gear sizes, and so-forth. This is 10,000 Rs for what should be 4-5 hours worth of work to anyone skilled in machine design.
