I'm looking for a freelancer that can help me with an industrial-scale project that requires estimating the cooling required to control the exotherm of a hazardous reaction. Specifically, my project entails understanding the low heat capacity of the reactants, and controlling the reaction within a temperature range of 50 to 100°C. I need the professional expertise of someone that knows how to mitigate the risks and consequences of such a hazardous reaction. The ideal freelancer will have experience working in pilot, or industrial scale reactions to generate a safe, yet effective cooling estimate. The final deliverable should include a detailed report of the heat capacities of the reactants, and the cooling design that can efficiently manage the undesired reaction exotherms.
