Brand Name [holiday resort]

Hi, my client is building a golf & hotel complex in Europe and has employed my company to handle the corporate identity. Before we can move on with their logo design the client would like us to come up with a few suggestions for the actual resort name for example "The Forest Pines Golf Resort" Initially 6 names will be required for submission to the client - ideally these will have reference to the project or area and be sympathetic with the country and other facilities within the same region - whilst obviously standing out from the competition. More details about the project will be send to the successful applicant. Please reply stating your experience and metholody / way of working - we are fairly new to subcontracting out this type of work so will happily take your lead / advice. By bidding and accepting this project you are agreeing to the following terms. ---------------------------------------- 1) You expressly agree to ensure that any design for which payment has been made to you by us is subsequently not used on behalf of any other client or agency without our permission. 2) All files created by you on our behalf, shall be considered our property. Under no circumstances will you use any final files for any other client at any time. 3) You may not list our client as your own (on websites or as portfolio artwork) without our express written consent. You agree to the usage of all submitted material in any future application for illustrative purposes or as examples of previous work. 4) At the end of the project, and subject to receiving final payment from us file / artwork copyright will automatically transfer to us.
