It is YOUR job to come up with recipes that taste well; do not base yourself solely on the above lists with examples.
Note that part but NOT all of these recipes need to be vegetarian: you can also make combinations of the above vegetables with meat like ham, bacon, chicken, … or with fish and seafood like salmon, shrimps, tuna, …
The quiches are meant as main dish, not as appetizer or dessert (except for the mini quiches).
