ROLE: Maestro PMS (Property Management Software) Expert -- Project Work and/or Part Time ORGANIZATION: Workforce Partners is a growing private equity firm focused on real estate and related operating platforms in Connecticut and New York, particularly the acquisition and management of apartment buildings and hotels. DESCRIPTION: We are growing rapidly and as we plan for continued growth we are committed to building a highly efficient, dynamic and scalable platform across all operational functions. This includes evaluating, implementing and optimizing various systems including Maestro PMS. This should represent a great opportunity for an experienced user or technology consultant who would also enjoy working with a visionary real estate investment and management company. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:  Help design, lead and implement Maestro PMS and other software solutions that meet our needs for efficiency, ease of use and scalability  Leverage technologies, including hosted solutions, to enhance mobility, accessibility, and minimization of workflow disruptions  Drive down recurring operational costs for these functions particularly as our business continues to scale  Increase accuracy, breadth and organizational access to KPIs  Train internal staff and/or outsourced resources on their use or interfacing with the implemented workflows ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS  Commuting access to our Norwalk, CT location to be able to work with us in-person on a periodic but scheduled basis  Demonstrable experience with project(s) of similar scope and purpose, whether serving as the lead on such project(s) or as a key team member, and whether as a corporate user or as a technology consultant  Ability to work well independently while also being a team-based contributor  Great project management and organization skills with ability to work to a deadline  Outstanding communication skills OTHER INFORMATION Compensation to be based on experience and skillset.
