Conference Event Staff In-Person NYC

The Economist publication will be hosting its annual Mediterranean Business Summit on May 31st, 2022 at the Lotte New York Palace in New York. We are looking for a conference staff assistant to work as an extension of our team on the day of the event. The right candidate will be a strong communicator who is detail-oriented and comfortable interacting with high-level C-suite executives and policymakers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about learning about the intersection of communications, politics and business Tasks will include: onsite set-up & tear down; assisting with registration; attendee management; handling Q&A after panels, and other miscellaneous tasks.
