I was recently engaged by the Trilogy Group, through Crossover for Work, to provide this very service. The role included supporting internal and external customers via web portal / Zendesk and direct calls handled through Aircall integration.
This was a 100% remote role, so I'm fully aware of the importance of communication and task ownership. My ability to quickly learn helped immensely in integrating with the teams to support multiple products. As the products required 24/7 support, I'm also very flexible in terms of hours of coverage.
