SEARCH / SOCIAL ENGINE + FREE MAIL + MONETIZATION PLATFORM

This is a unique project seeking experienced developers in the search engine space with experience with social engines, advertising monetization engines, CMS systems, Algorithms, the development of Free Mail providers like Gmail or Yahoo, etc. This is a web based application/ website like google except with a whole different concept on how this company will be producing revenues. The concept is to enable all its users to produce revenues while using this engine, whether it is searching, uploading content on the engine or marketing it to friends. We want to design this system to grow a community of users and allow these people to produce an income, providing them with a virtual job on our platform. Ill explain more to the awarded bidder but just know this platform is like a Google mixed with a Facebook mixed with a Yahoo like website with only one concept, TO MAKE YOU "THE USER" GROW A RESIDUAL REVENUE STREAM!!! This system/ platform, the logic behind it and even a preliminary design was already made, we are now seeking for the winning bidder to develop a complete visual presentation on the entire site providing a click able interface replicating the finalized site so we can present it to perspective investors for financing as well as a complete step by step manual blue prints for technical and the development of the final site. In addition to the above, we seek to build a DEMO/ functional website from the visual "click able" presentation which we will use as the foundation to the entire website by enhancing it to be as feature rich as we envision it to be. This application will require an admin back end CMS like CentralPoint [login to view URL] ....... It will also need a Advertisers back end system where they can run campaigns on our engine and finally each user will have their own account on our engine where they will be able to watch their profile grow in real time from account activity. The entire platform is complex and feature rich with 1,000's of mini applications and ways that our members can monetize, in turn produce revenues fro themselves while enabling the site itself to grow from revenues making it a win/ win/ win for the site, the user and the advertiser. I would say this project needs a team of developers/ designers, coders, crawlers and engineers. We want to eventually make the site compatible with mobile devices enabling our users to have complete access and control of their account from their mobile device like droid, blackberry & Iphone/ Ipad This is a Search engine, front - Social engine, back - Free Mail (Like Gmail), Middle w/ 1,000's of other features!
