Research Address data - Excel User database - repost

We are looking for a reliable and experienced data research and data entry freelancer. The successful bidder will receive an Excel sheet with about 3000 lines of users information. For 3000 users, the following data must be looked up and entered into the Excel Sheet • Telephone: 2150 data missing must be looked up • Email: 1015 emails must be looked up • Website: 1250 must be researched In addition, existing 850 telephone numbers must be formatted (International Code, National Code, Number). Country codes may have to be looked up. Currently the data is unformatted in only one field. The target is to have 4415 new data. We suppose it is impossible to find all data. Therefore bids should be based on 1000 data entries. If you find more than the 1000 data, we pay you acccordingly more. The bid should include the formatting of the 850 existing telephone numbers. The websites are about 40% English, 30% Spanish, 30% other mostly western languages (German, French, Italian, …). Project will be open for 24 hours, winner will be chosen and notified on Friday evening. The relelevant time is the freelancer system time. Bidder MUST deliver first 250 data on saturday and will receive Feedback on Sunday. First milestone will be 25 USD. If Bidder fails to deliver first 250 data on Saturday, another will be chosen.
