I am applying to sort, organize, and encourage a system of displaying data that is succinct and easily understood. Beginning in high school, I took a course on Microsoft Office programs, with a heavy emphasis in Excel. Since then, I have had other experiences performing this task in several settings, and with different types of data which is why I believe I would be the best candidate for this task.
Currently, I am a behavioral therapist, which requires one on one therapy sessions with clients but also taking data. The way my current company takes and displays the data from the sessions is through the program Excel. On this program I am expected to not only input the data, but ensure it is readable and to transfer it to a graph. Evenmore, while in school for this, I have learned about the importance of making data easy to process. I have skills converting data into graphs, and working with data within Excel to ensure it is neat and organized.
While in undergrad, I was responsible for creating a system that organized and kept track of all of the product we were responsible for. Using Excel, I catalogued the inventory breaking it down by the object, the category, the amount, and other information to ensure the catalogue was accurate and easy to read. Not only do I have the patience for this type of activity, I genuinely enjoy organizing and categorizing information.
I am fortunately out of school for winter break, and I have nothing but time to devote to this proj
