 Worked on MS office to collate the data regarding issues occurred on process according to client`s view.  Maintained the Pivot table under spreadsheets for data regarding documents.  Worked on different portals for make the process easier.  Reading and responding to Client inquiries related to Software`s criteria through chat.  Generate timely and accurate reports for analysis. Creating MIS/ Dashboard report and presenting it to the concern Department.  MIS reporting by using MS Excel & VBA (Macro) at Operational and Client level.  Analyzed the assigned projects and distributed tasks to the members as per their area of expertise.  Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.  Managing and handling relationship with the major corporate clients through MIS Reporting.  Mentoring and training up junior and new staff.  Assessing the team feedback, evaluating areas of improvements & providing critical feedback to the associates on improvements and achieving higher customer satisfaction matrices.  Responsible for the graphic design and implementation of company web site including navigation, writing HTML and JavaScript and optimization of web graphics. Write HTML, JavaScript, Tables, Frames and Graphics.  Handling project execution related to sourcing lawyers on web and broad range of Client`s call by delighting him about his queries.
