Data-Analysis (SEM & Model Fit) using AMOS/Smart PLS.

We need an expert freelancer who has strong hold over AMOS/PLS and can properly work on Higher Order constructs (Hierarchical order). Current project involves Data analysis over higher order (Hierarchical) constructs with proper write up. This is an impact study and you need to conduct: 1) Normality Test 2)Convergent and Discriminant Validity using CFA 3) Model Fit test 4) SEM and regression to properly analyse things and test hypothesis...
