As I have read from what you have posted, I am applying for the said position. I am Philip Rodriguez and I have worked as a home based Technical Support and a Customer Support Representative for more than 4 years now.
I had previously worked as a full time Email Inquiry Specialist for Reid Cycles Australia, and my job includes answering all email enquiries by customers, assisting customers on how to place their orders whether through the online company website or the different stores across Australia, tracking on their orders, issues with the bikes, and pre-ordering the bikes.
