This is a data entry project. Please see the sample document I have provided. Vendor must enter this data into three different Excel Worksheets or MS Access tables. Fields should be (where available): Title, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Employer, Street Address, City, State, Zip, Home Phone, Work Phone, Contribution Amount, Candidate. If the data is not available for the field, you will leave it blank. If no phone number is available, you will lookup the phone number manually on a service such as yahoo or whitepages.
There are 38 in the style of the 1st page, 10 in the style of the 2nd page, and 18 in the style of the 3rd page. Each of the different style will be in their own worksheet or table.
