Requiting longterm developer via project sample: Preparing Coqui TTS docker

With an api that we can send text to, with the selected voice id (again, the "Multi-speaker Models" paragraph), and accordingly, we get the audio file thru that api to our external application. The docker and the communication with it will work both locally or on cloud. - Beside the standard docker, you will create an executable image as we discussed earlier, so we install it as a normal windows application and have the ability to communicate with it via the api. The objective is to be able to send that docker exe application to third party 1) User don't need the complicated process to install the environment to use it and 2) If you send it to a user they will have no access to the code as they will run it as a standard exe while performing the requirements of the docked Coqui. - Video recording your work so we can see first hand your methods. Note: We are aware development is not straightforward, so don't mind recording the mistakes as fixing a mistake is a quality for a developer. You will deliver the full projects for testing Within the deadline agreed or else we are free to cancel the milestones with immediate effect.
