I don't need to work hard for this project. Do you already prepare sensors to detect state of ice maker? - Water level sensor - Ice full sensor - draw open sensor Arduino, sensor, screen, relay use 5VDC so you need inventer for it. 12V DC doesn't make noise to screen but you need to care if you want to use 220V or 110V ice maker.
