Hi,
I'm interested. Ok, the problem is that we don't know what the receiver is expecting, in terms of comm, to turn itself on/off and I doubt it sends back any kind of acknowledgement. Without a technical manual is a shot in the dark.
However, I could build a prototype as follows: One RaspBerry PI for control with a WIF/BT/RF module as appropriate, receivers will be Arduinos with the same wireless module, controlling a switch or relay. On the Raspberry you choose which one, each receiver identified by a number or something. From then on you just need to connect them to the circuit of whatever it is you're trying to turn on/off.
I can design it, build it, document it and record operation on a video to upload here. My bid is for this work and we'll agree on an additional hardware budget to TBD.
Thank you and have a great weekend!
