We need a 15 x 15 mm PCB with the following features: 1) Tact switch at the center. 2) Multi color LED lighting around switch. 3) Output to two different DC components. One is rated 3.7-5.5VDC at 0.42mA and the other is 3.66VDC at 0.6A-5A. 4) Designed for easy soldering onto 4 output nodes on one of the edges of the PCB 5) 15 x 15 x 2 mm battery with qi induction charging. 6) Long press tact switch to turn on / off (causes LED to blink on / off). 7) Quick press to switch between 3 modes. 8) Each mode has different color configuration of LED and gives increasing power output to 2 controlled components. (mode 1 = yellow color and 35% power output, mode 2 = green color and 70% power output, mode 3 = blue color and 100% power output). 9) LEDs only stay on for 5 seconds after press then turns off to save power. Maximum dimensions with battery would be 15 x 15 x 5 mm. All parts must be standard and easy to source.
