I am after a electrical/electronics engineer to assist me in designing a laser tag system. This will be be a design that will be spread over a period of time as we test and proof each part of it. So I will pay hourly and small milestones as we go. I need someone who is proficient in electronics, micro controllers, microprocessors and web based applications also.
