DVI EDID emulator - upload via ethernet

We're looking for an electronics designer, who can help us out designing & prototyping a: - Four port DVI EDID emulator, which connects between 4 computer DVI outputs & 4 monitors with DVI input, so the to be designed device has 4x DVI in and 4x DVI out. The computer will always see a configured number of DVI monitors with a user-uploadable EDID monitor configuration for each port, independent of the actual connected monitors to the DVI outputs of this emulator device. - 4x i2c EEPROM for providing EDID data has to be connected to the EDID pins on the input DVI connectors, so the computer can read the stored EDID data from the EEPROM, the EDID pins of the monitor output DVI connector are not connected. - All other (video data) pins are all just interconnected between DVI input and output - Main controller with ethernet connection (for example Arduino) which can: ---- Upload EDID data via ethernet (256 bytes ) to an EEPROM of a DVI port of choice, after that pull the DVI "hot plug" pin low and again high for a refresh of the monitor information on the computer --- Configure each DVI port enabled or disabled (by setting DVI "hot plug" pin low or high)
