Hello there... I have recently done projects involving a Raspberry Pi 4 Model B+ ,as well as a 5 inch LCD touch screen. Its pretty easy to do it. Its just a matter of a few LINUX commands in the terminal and a few hardware connections , which will allow the touch screen to interface with the Raspberry Pi.
