Referrals needed for a website. Sign up&complete free offer

The project name says almost everything. I need 90 to 100 referrals to a link. There are terms and conditions that needs to be observed and this is not up to discussion. All referrals must have an address in either UK, USA or Canada and each address must be unique to the referral. Each referral will have to sign up through a specific link that I will provide. Sign-ups through other links will not be counted. After signing up, each referral will have to complete one offer. There is at least one free offer which the referral can sign up for and cancel before trial period is over. It is important though that it is not cancelled immediately after sign up but more like 10 days after sign up and 4 days before deadline. I leave this entirely up to you as long as the terms and conditions are respected.
