Build a Mp3 radio for public buses

I need someone to create an Mp3 radio that will have build in amplifier to install in public buses. The radio will be used for marketing purposes, where it will play music and adverts. Does not need to contain many buttons as the driver is not supposed to forward or rewind the content. The radio can be very simple as it is not necessary to put it in a place where it will be seen.
