*****MUST BE A SINGAPORE RESIDENT BY LAW, FOR A BUSINESS IN SINGAPORE***** I am an individual entrepreneur looking to start a 100% fully owned foreign business in Singapore and am in need of a Nominee Director. The project will be for 12 months with four quarterly payments disbursed upfront each quarter. Their will be no responsibilities outside of the initial incorporation at least for the first 6 months as the business is still being built. This is a brand new start up. The Director will be in name only and to comply with Singaporean law. Should additional chores be needed we can negotiate a price per task for each occurrence.
