As per my understanding, on weekly or monthly basis data will be on multiple excel sheets based on the number of portals. 1 consolidate the data into one excel sheet. 2 calculate the total sales, money stuck in credit, cash recieved from previous month sales. 3 Generate an excel or a ppt based reports on weekly or monthly basis and share it with your executives using outlook. (just a button click) Day 1 Analyzing the sample data from all the portals. (at least one month complete data from each portal with actual file names) Day 2 creating folder structure on how the data will be stored, based on the size of the data. Day 3-4 Writing a query to consolidate the data in one excel. 1 day buffer (1db) Day 5-6 Analysis of the data. Day 7 Sharing the analysis with you for finalization on creation of action items that will be meaningful for your business. (these action items could be weekly basis or monthly basis and will help you to focus your energy so that with minimum effort maximum result is generated.)
