My company is growing quickly, and we are experiencing detention fines for our loading operations and failure to meet shipping deadlines. I need to track (conditional format) the legitimacy of these fines based on fault, ours or carrier's. there will historical run on in the sheet, as it will be used to look back to dispute these fines. I can add headings for needed data, we just need to get it formatted properly to start the tracking process. Would like to see drop downs in the PO/Order # that quickly extract pertinent data during searches by sales, operations, and management. If possible, a built in monthly report that shows key benchmarks: number of no shows, on time NOs, On time percentages, etc.
