We currently use a system called CLIK, which I run 5 reports from which contain the data needed to compile our WIP report. The 5 reports are •Sales invoices •Labour costs •PO value •Purchase invoices •Contracts I am looking for a software programme in excel, which I can update the 5 reports each month, which will then give me the information on each individual job for 4 different departments, which are also split into 4 variables. I visualise this being in columns •Rolling 12 month Job & Contract value & margin •Financial YTD job value & margin •Calendar month job value & margin •Accrual Cost & Billing value I can provide me information on the data pulled from our CRM software CLIK, and an example of our current format.
