PLEASE READ FIRST. ADVANCED EXPERTS ONLY THIS PROJECT IS CONFIDENTIAL. The attached Excel sheet provides a sample of the data entered into by employees of a restaurant. The attached sheet is blank, but the formulas and appearance are there for reference. The data includes daily sales, inventory, ledger balance, number of transactions, etc. Please note that the calculations that the sheets produce is accurate. You will need to look at the formulas to understand how each field is calculated. There are areas within the sheet that can be improved. We are only looking for someone to take that data, improve the functionality of the sheet, and present the data in a more usable form (on another sheet within the Workbook), such as with graphs, charts, etc. We are looking for an expert to do this. Potential areas of improvement (though I will ask that you provide additional suggestions): 1)The dates on the sheet end on 12/31/25 through the Subtotals function. This will need to be extended many years into the future. 2) The data is not currently charted or graphed in any way. Forecasts, an easy way to compare this month with the prior month, this month with the same month last year, or this day to the same day last year, etc. would be useful. 3) The chart is a little slow, which may be from the use of Subtotals. 4) Other areas of improvement that you identify. 5) It would be helpful to compare data between the two locations. 6) Filter the data, subtotal by various ranges and compare. 7) Generate reports based on the data. 8) Easily see % growth or decline in each of the categories. 9) Etc. There are two locations, one location has about 6 years of data and the other has 3 years of data. I will provide the sheets with the fields completed upon project acceptance. I will also provide explanation for each column as needed. This will likely be an ongoing project, as we find more uses for the Workbook. Finally, the work must be clear and well documented.

Hi, I have constructed similar performance review systems using raw data running into more than 10 years of data using simple dropdown selection boxes at the user end. The datasheet has to be rationalised a bit and then we can build separate sheets to compare the Daily/Monthly/Yearly for the different heads of data.
