I'm aiming to improve customer satisfaction by enhancing our customer service protocols. This project involves direct interaction with customers via telephone and email, prompt responses to inquiries, handling and resolving complaints effectively, as well as evaluating and utilizing all relevant information to address product and service inquiries.

Experience in customer service or related fields is a must. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to think on your feet are paramount. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a track record of enhancement in customer satisfaction.
My experience in same customer service industry where analysing the data of Cx interactions to contact centre. My experience in SQL and Excel where I have to extract the data and analyse it based on different KPI like CSAT, AHT, Quality and etc.
