Two main objectives: 1. Create an invoice (PDF) based off the data that is input in to excel (note - PDF will be emailed to school). Two different invoices: a. Choreography & Music invoice b. Game Ready and other camp invoice 2. Based off the dates (date range) we type in for the “booked” camps, we can select one button that will create a monthly calendar based off the dates we have in our excel. I know our (input in excel) formatting may have to change. Monthly calendar should include name of school, type of cam and number of participants. Other notes: 1. Technically, we should only have to input the date and how many participants and select type of camp & school. 2. The time-consuming issue is the fact that a school will change their participant numbers 3-4 times. currently, we have to open excel, update numbers, open MS template, run mail merge, covert to PDF and send. Feel free to adjust anything you like to make this a simple and better process…
