A. I think that this project will help many people to understand which way they want to go in future. I think that project has great potential because a lot of people doesen't have long-tearms plans. Even if they have they aren't sure that is a right way. We will make best plan for future for them. B. I graduated from Institut of Journalism so I have excellent researching skills I could gather information that are needed fast and precise. Your goal is to provide consultation on someone's career choices and map out all the possible outcomes for next 5-10 years by taking the account of multiple variables, for example some one has graduated from a top university then they would have higher chances of getting higher pay, which I think you might get by categorizing Schools and colleges and taking some average pay per year, similarly for different employment types, companies, industries. You might also consider the investment over the period for generating the skills one need to perform well in respected area. Finally you will tell them how they need to invest in terms of time and cost to earn after 5-10 years time. B. I have already worked on such model a couple years ago but we were only making graph and showing comparisons of career graph between colleague, friends or with any one a user want on the basic of schooling, college, employment, promotions, position etc. Although it was in python and Django framework.
