I am going to write my Master's Thesis in Economics on the effect of certain variables such as weather on the demand for movie theater going (ticket sales). The historical ticket sales data is readily available on movie, country and weekend (daily level at least in the U.S.) level at [login to view URL] and historical weather data at the same level of precision at wunderground.com. I am on a very tight schedule and would appreciate help from someone who is familiar with web scraping tools. I believe it to be a pretty quick and straightforward job if an automated scraper tool can be used.
