I have an excel spreadsheet setup that I have been using along with the Microsoft Solver Foundation Excel Add on to solve a CSP (Constraint Satisfaction Problem) with multiple constraints. I need someone who can understand this spreadsheet and write an algorithm suitable to submit to a software development for programming.

Based on the little information provided I propose that a good solution to implement and solve a CSP problem would be using a simplistic finite state machine. The solution might change with more info.
