Hi, We need some help building a simple CRM system in Filemaker pro. We know what we want but just don't know how to do it!! We need to track initially enquiries coming from email and phone. - track prospect to order. -allocated leads to users pretty simple, initial phase but would later add on the following functionality. -quoting -sales orders -purchase orders -production scheduling.
