Scrolling-triggered 3D Flip Animation App

I'm in search of a talented Flutter developer who can bring my vision to life. I need an app developed with a particular emphasis on the landing page animations, as I aim to create an interactive user experience that stands out. Main Aspect: - Develop an app landing page with 3D flip animation. Specific Requirements: -- reffar the attachment for the animation that need to be developed in the flutter page. - All animations used on the landing page should be triggered by scrolling. - Specifically, I want to implement a 3D flip animation. - Importantly, this 3D flip animation should continue as long as the user is scrolling on the page. - there will be 10 pages overall and only one page will be shown at a time. The page is divided in to 2 halfs. Top portion is with image and bottom portion is with text. -When user scrolls from top to bottom then the top portion should flip down side and the moment it reaches to mid way of screen the bottom screen should flip to bottom showing the next screen bottom section in the flapping panel. - when the scroll is from bottom to up the effect should reverse with smooth transition. - when reached the start of the page then scrool up should not do animation, similarly when reached end of the last page. - it is mostly like reading book and flipping the pages vertically.
