CRO Expert Needed

We need an expert in CRO for a higher education/online university-type website. First, you must be an INCREDIBLE COMMUNICATOR in English. You will need to send a video showing your capability since you will be on Zoom calls directly with the client for weekly reports, etc. You will also need to be available for at least (6 hours per week) at our office times (EST - New York Timezone) for specified meetings with the client and follow-ups. YOU MUST BE AN EXPERT IN CRO AND HAVE THESE SPECIFIC TALENTS AND SKILLS: 1. PERFORMING A/B TEST. For this project, you will be performing 3-5 A/B tests per month and providing a list of various UX/Design recommendations that could be implemented right away (i.e., copy adjustments, navigation, content/imagery, user flow adjustments, etc.). 2. Writing a clear and concise weekly Executive Summary. You will review website design and offer recommendations based on best practices and up-to-date web design, web flow, and order/forms. 3. Provide review using Google Analytics and incorporate into the Executive Summary with specific analysis of key CRO statistics like bounce rate, page utilization, and time on site. 4. Use MS Clarity and other heat map and website usage tools to determine traffic flow on the website. You must be able to use these tools, analyze data, and make specific weekly recommendations in the Executive Summary. 5. Identify competitors in space and make comprehensive reports comparing digital footprints and actionable items to gain traction to gain market share in the space. 6. Work with our in-house SEO team to share information and build a better search presence for the website.
