You go to the dentist and take he takes an impression of your teeth Sends it to me and fills out a prescription paper including patient name sex of patient and what he needs in detail Instead of him sending me a prescription paper i would like to make a software that he could have on his computer even make it an app on his iphone where he could fill out the prescription and send it to me via e mail Need someone that could write the software and aswell design it Thank you

hello i have gone through your requirement and am curious to know more on the same i have a suggestion, why dont we just make an ios app where user/patient downloads the app and they can take the snap of their tooth and on next screen they can fill up the relevant information and when they click submit/send, data is sent to your email id with patient ID please open pmb so we can discuss this in details i am also sending you list of our completed apps via pmb, pls let me know your feedback on the same thanks
