URGENT VIDEO ANIMATION FOR INTRODUCTION TO COMPANIES !!!

Hi All I require a video animation to be done for our real estate company its an introduction video to the concept and model of the company, the persons nominated for the project will need to go through the company website that's about to launch to get a very clear understanding of the product and its brief. The video animation is for about 2:30 mins. I have specific style I would like done I wish to know if you'll be able to do so. The project I need completed in the next 7-14 days possible. Good communication is essential. There are also a series of video presentations that require visual effects to be intergrated through out the series of video's total about 20 mins, in these video presentations I want to provide 30-40% of visual demonstrations and highlighted points. So there is ongoing with persons I can establish really good relationship with. There are 3 websites that I'm launching in the next 3 weeks that require considerable amount of work of exactly this nature. More Video Presentations as described above and another 2 Intro video's of this nature. Happy to discuss an ongoing arrangement if there is more interest in this as oppose to this one off project.
