Customized eLearning Website with Members and Franchaise

Want to develop an e-Learning website. CONCEPT: Members: Members register on the website. They can purchase any 1 e-learning course for a fixed fee. They get membership for 1 year. Memberships are renewed every year. Franchise: Franchise is for supporting members in each district of India. Every Franchise is assigned a code, depending on district they belong to. Code will be Alphanumeric. Seeing the code it can be determined that, this code belongs to a particular district of the state. Franchise is for assisting members for any queries they have related to the courses or payments. Registration & Features Process: User registers on the website and enter all the given details. Now once the user enters the State, District and Pincode of the city, automatically the franchise for his district is assigned to him. When user clicks on my support, the details of the franchise assigned is displayed. If there is no Franchise available, it will display, “No Franchise available in your district” Since appointing franchise will take a long time, all the codes for the franchaise will be generated initially as per the districts. And when Franchise registers for that particular district, that code will be assigned to him. Users are the only people who will start registering first, even before the franchise are appointed. User registration will contain one validation field which will contain a drop down for PAN Card, Driving License, Voters ID Card, Aadhar Card and Passport. Users can upload above documents scanned copy or courier the selected document to franchise or company for confirmation of the identity. Upon which the registration will switch to active. Till then status remains “Under Verification”. For every instance an SMS and Email should go to the customer for registration, or under verification or confirmed status and other company related messages. Members area will contain internal messaging for the messages sent by admin. Admin Dashboard: Admin dashboard should contain all important features for controlling the whole website and members and franchise, communications, sending SMS and emails etc. e-Learning tutorial videos can be viewed online only and cannot be downloaded. Videos will be uploaded to Youtube and they should be able to embed to our site. Videos can also be uploaded to our site as provide the loacation to that for displaying the video.
