Printed postcard design for Ad Mail double sided, RURAL/COUNTRY focus

Hi, The job I'm hiring for and which is due as soon as possible is for: 1. Double-sided print (12 x 6) ad card for direct mailing The card can be as big as 12 x 6 and in full colour both sides. What I'm looking for is a double sided design, landscape, which features: - Large generic rural image (country home, country landscape, farm-like area), offer bubble, our company and reseller logo and One single call to action (editable) - Rear: Details on the offer, the company, the service offered and who to contact with room at the bottom for legal disclaimer. Samples will be provided of what we are currently doing but we want something that fits the style but is a different design. Colour scheme to be provided as well as company logos, the offer, and the samples of what we are doing now. The ask is: - looking for editable .PDF (indesign or photoshop) files that have layers or aspects that can be modified or changed independantly - Something where the text is editable Looking for this produced as soon as possible.
