If yes, whether it is recurring or one-time? Are there some membership packages? 3. How is trainer gonna select a client? or a client gonna select trainer? 4. How are you assuming that trainer gonna train client? Is it through some PDFs, or training videos or one-to-one communication? 5. Which payment gateway would you like to integrate? 6. How reports are generated, i.e. what is the criteria for report generation? 7. Does it have some live chat or video session features? and many such Answers to these would help us to understand your project more precisely so that there would not be any loop hole or gray shade left. After reading your requirements i think it would be best to code custom modules in WordPress as there are no plugin available to meet your requirements, we can use custom post types and WordPress own user roles for Trainer and Client login's. I believe in using functions available to us by WordPress as it is one of the best CMS in the world and it is very flexible.
