Dedicated designer with psd and html 5 knowledge

Hi, we are currently looking for a designer on ongoing bases. For variouse sites we need themes designed. A theme consists of about 5 -8 subpages. Subpages might be the photo-gallery, Guestbook, Contact form, Detail page, forms, contact forms..... We have of every subpage and its menue the layout and flow ready. Theses are screenshots of other sites. Our designer need to bring theses variouse sample pages in harmony and assure a consistent look and feel of the entire site. Every design must be delivered in psd and html5 responsive design. This project is for one theme consisting of one main menue and 8 subpages. If, after that theme, we are happy with the the way we work together we would love to work with you on 10 additional themes and variouse other LP. The amount of hours per week stated here, is only the hours needed normally for one theme of this size and with the kind of screenshots/flow we deliver. In the past we needed roughly 8-10 hours design work to created psd and html5 responsive out of the sample screenshots we deliver.
