Redesign of Rulefree - HTML5 / CSS / IOS / ADT / Long term gig

I am looking to hire an individual or a small company to do some Website Design work. Can be full time or part time, if you are really good. My company: Rulefree Media LLC. Rulefree runs various portals/virtual marketplaces aimed at Grade School to High School kids. I need a totally new look and feel for the various brands operating under Rulefree like xqee, etester and xflx. Work can be protyping an existing website, a PSD followed by a website in HTML5 and CSS and may be some graphics and animations. I prefer an individual or a team from India or someone who has a proven track record of working remotely and efficiently. I will be in India in February. Planning for trips to Hyderabad, Bengalore and perhaps Pune. I need to meet with you and see some of your work. So please be prepared before you show an interest. You can preview your own concepts, projects you have personally handled or designs of any company you were directly involved with. This is serious work for a serious person or company. Can turn into a long term gig with a lot of work coming your way as Rulefree ventures into Mobile app world starting March 2014. I will have other projects listed for different requirements.
