Simple 5 page website

I am a web designer that needs extra help. I sell a lot of small, informational, easy-to-build web projects for businesses but I don't have a lot of time to turn these projects over with the other higher-dollar web projects I'm working on. I need someone who has a great eye for design and can turn over small projects quickly. These are all typically informational websites. Sometimes customers want paypal integrated or some sort of form, but I have all the apps to do this. I make the sale and collect all the information from the customer then will send you all the information necessary to build the site. For efficiency for communication I would prefer you are able and willing to communicate with the client to hash out the small details and finishing touches. If this works out for a few projects, I see this as an on-going partnership. I provide the CMS to build the site (basically a weebly platform... so super easy and over 100 pre-designed templates to start from). Depending on the clients needs it may require some updating/changing of the pre-designed CSS or HTML code... so coding experience a plus.
