I need to have a web site designed and built. Home page is a (flash) video that runs continuously. We supply the footage. There is a Contact US button to a second page with our contact details and an enquiry form that will send an email to us. There is a second button on the home page that leads to a product specifications page. It has got a picture of a vehicle with some text. Hovering over the various text items will pop up a little text box with more information. That's about it. The web hosting service we are using is cPanel on Linux provided by GoDaddy. The freelancer is responsible to have the web site fully installed on the host server.
