Hi there I have a small website ([login to view URL]) and I'm looking to create a lead magnet in the form of a downloadable e-book. It's called "33 THINGS YOU CAN DO RIGHT NOW TO CONNECT WITH CUSTOMERS AND GROW YOUR BUSINESS". I've created the content (just under 3000 words) and selected all imagery, and now I'd like it to be professionally designed and ready to download as a .pdf for my clients. In terms of layout and style, ideally there would be 2 or 3 tips / ideas per page. Thank you!
