UX/UI - Design me 1 page (Design only)

This is my current page: [login to view URL] (I WANT A NEW PAGE DESIGNED, SIMPLIFIED WITH THE GOAL OF INCREASING SIGNUPS). it's used as a landing page from Google ads so I need it to be more "salsey", as it's job is to get people to become customers. Here's what I want you to do: We have to achieve this in their mind: 1. WOW them. Something that captures their imagination 2. CONFUSE THEM WE LOSE THEM... means we need them to understand how the site works IMMEDIATELY 3. Build confidence 4. CALL TO ACTION. "tell them what to do", e.g "SIGN UP FREE NOW AND POST A JOB" 5. Benefits. Why it's good for them. e.g "NO SALARY MARKUPS!" "Worlds LARGEST Selection Of Skilled Filipino Virtual Assistants CUSTOMER JOURNEY: * The goal is obviously to get them to signup and ultimately pay us. * But to achieve that, we have 7 seconds to hook them. Customer journey: 1. They google something like "graphic designer in PH" or "filipino virtual assistant" 2. See our ad 3. click ad (at this point it costs me money) 4. they either get engaged with the landing page.... or they don't To apply, please start with "I viewed your current landing page".
