I will give detailed requirement once I get quotes but below are high level requirements: Responsive design Key Requirements: 1) This portal will be a place where students and teachers can interact collaboratively. 2) Online education will be provided using Video chat and white board. 3) Excellent streaming and no scope for buffering (This is key and payment will be released if this condition is met) 4) Using Escrow system student will be able to make the payment 5) Payment gateways like paytm, paypal and other famous gateways. 6) Hourly and monthly payment plan 7) ability to provide the list of teachers along with their profiles 8) Account Management - Student and Teachers 9) Site Administration. 10) Teachers will be able to upload their profiles and details about themselves 11) Students will be able to see the list of teachers and choose 1 of them 12) Student will be able to block the calendar of teacher 13) Teacher will then send the payment request and student will make the payment 14) Live streaming link will be sent to student and teacher for coaching and once done, payment will be released 15) All the communication should be saved and dispute handling mechanism should be there.
